Many restaurants and bars in DC aren't just open, regardless of the storm. They're offering incentives to get people in the door. Here are a smattering of deals related to Hurricane Sandy that restaurants are offering. In a non-shocking turn of events, discounted Hurricane cocktails are among them.

*DC Reynolds will host its buy-one-get-one Happy Hour all day, beginning at 11 a.m., and serve a full food menu.
*Nanny O'Brien's is marketing $5 hurricanes.
*Sweetgreen is giving away free sweetpress while supplies last.
*The Open City group of restaurants are offering $5 Hurricane Shandies.
*Union Jack's Bethesda is offering half priced burgers and hurricanes.
*Sixth Engine says it's having Hurricane Happy Hour "all night long."
*Tel'Veh in Mount Vernon Triangle is having half off bottles of wine for its "Wine About Sandy" promotion.
