Life After Top Chef Premieres

Spike Mendelsohn's new television show Life After Top Chef premieres tonight on Bravo at 10 p.m. so be sure to set those DVRs — or maybe don't? Slate's L.V. Anderson files a review of the show that follows "four of the series' most narcissistic alumni," Mendelsohn, Jen Carroll, Richard Blais and Fabio Viviani.
