The Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration has granted 42 DC bars permission to stay open 24 hours on Monday — and to serve alcohol until 4 a.m. The Washington Post has the full list of bars that have been granted to extend their late-night hours, including Boundary Stone, Old Ebbitt Grill, 18th Street Lounge, The Argonaut, Cobalt, Josephine and more.
