Here's some good news for those interested in partying all night for the noble holiday that is Columbus Day. The Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration has granted 42 DC bars permission to stay open 24 hours on Monday — and to serve alcohol until 4 a.m. The Washington Post has the full list of bars that have been granted to extend their late-night hours, including Boundary Stone, Old Ebbitt Grill, 18th Street Lounge, The Argonaut, Cobalt, Josephine and more.
