Election Day will determine whether an MGM Casino will be built at National Harbor, but that doesn't stop the developer from talking up the Las Vegas-style venture. If previous MGM projects are any indication, Prince George's County could see a variety of restaurants catering to gamblers and non-gamblers alike, including steakhouses, 600-seat buffets, sports bars and night clubs.
