DUPONT CIRCLE— Hank's Oyster Bar will turn over its upstairs space (currently used for private events) into Up Bar, come tomorrow evening at 5 p.m. The hours there will be the same as at the Lounge next door: open till 1 a.m. weeknights and 2 a.m. weekend nights. [EaterWire]
