A Look at Hank's Oyster-Tastic Eater Cocktail

Throughout Cocktail Week 2012, we'll have several of the area's favorite cocktail destinations whipping up special concoctions devoted to Eater readers. All you have to do is head over to the bar and ask for the specific cocktail. Next up is Hank's on the Hill, where mixologist Gina Chersevani and bartender Chris Martino concocted and prepared the next featured beverage.

It's called "Shuck on This," and is inspired, naturally, by Hank's seafood-themed menu. Oysters figure prominently into the beverage, which you can see being prepared above. The ingredients are Jameson with vinegar, cucumber nage and shallot nage, followed by swallowing a fresh shucked oyster straight out of the shell.

You can find the drink at Hank's on the Hill this week for $12.
