Meanwhile, there's been some shuffling over at Ashok Bajaj's group of restaurants. Take a deep breath: Ed Witt is out at 701 Restaurant, Oval Room's Tony Conte is replacing him there, with Lucas Sousa as chef de cuisine, and Former Bibiana cook James Barton is moving over to Oval Room.
