Grape Crate Launches, Better $7 Drinks than Starbucks

DC— A new business, Grape Crate, allows wine lovers who don't feel like heading to the store to order curated collections of wine by the case, and have them delivered. The initial launch is in the DC area; more details are on the website. [EaterWire]

They've put together a list of other, much more interesting, drinks you can find in DC for that price or less. Options include happy hour Negronis at Fiola and homemade ginger soda at We The Pizza. MULTIPLE LOCATIONSDolcezza will offer three different holiday gelato flavors in honor of the season. The new flavors are ginger cardamom pistachio, eggnog and King Leo peppermint.
