Woodward Table is the new Jeff Buben project in the former Potenza space at 15th and H Streets NW. It's in its soft opening phase and still finishing up last minute work (an event Monday gave industry folks and neighbors a look at what's to come). Buben hasn't yet responded to a request from Eater for a firm opening date for the project.

Woodward Table is adjoined to Woodward Takeout Food, both named for the Woodward building in which they are housed. Joe Harran, from Buben's Bistro Bis, has put together a regionally geared menu for the restaurant that features entrees, bar snacks and a full coffee menu. Pimento cheese puffs, lamb ribs and pate sliders were all passed around at the soft opening. You can check out a gallery of the space, including its various seating options and open kitchen, above.
