Liquor Law Changes Afoot; Snow Day Bar Crawl

DC— The DC Council gave initial approval to a rewriting of the city's liquor laws. This means such changes as permitting Sunday liquor sales and allowing growlers to be sold at brewpubs and grocery stores. [DCist]
