There will be a new chef at New Heights in the new year. Tom Sietsema reports that Takeshi Nishikawa is to replace Ron Tanaka at the eatery. Nishikawa has cooked in such kitchens as Volt and Restaurant Eve; Tanaka has plans to open his own place in 2013. [WaPo]
