2) Capitol Hill: Girl Meets Food reports that tomorrow is the official opening for Harold Black, the hush-hush speakeasy from the Acqua Al 2 team. You need to make reservations to get a spot at the place, which is relatively unmarked. Menu items include puffed pork skins and a pickle plate.
