Josh Berner To Become Mixologist at Zentan

Josh Berner has taken a job as lead mixologist at Zentan, within the Kimpton-managed Donovan House hotel. A Kimpton spokeswoman confirmed the move Friday.

Berner will oversee the cocktail program at both the restaurant and the hotel's popular rooftop bar. He'll start in the position after the New Year, and get some time to work on recipes and develop drinks before a new cocktail menu is launched.

This is one of the first changes at Zentan since Kimpton took over the property last April. Berner most recently worked as bar manager at Ripple in Cleveland Park.
