The Madison Hotel has a new owner — already. Lowes has purchased the historic property, WBJ reports, from Jamestown Properties, who bought it in 2011 and spent $23 million renovating it. A spokeswoman for the hotel said she did not expect the changes to affect the restaurant, The Federalist (which has been open a year). [WBJ]
