There is officially a website for the New Orleans Po Boy Shop that is currently under construction in the Dupont Circle area. And, as Prince of Petworth points out, that website has a wealth of information available about what to expect: the chef hails from New Orleans, where he worked as a sous chef under the likes of Emeril Lagasse; there will be specials like rabbit rillettes salad and foie gras on French toast — and the rest of the menu is online.
