Attention drunk people of the U Street Corridor: Black & Orange has officially opened the doors to its second location on 14th Street. The burger place — formerly known as Rogue States — held a VIP party last night and opened to the public shortly thereafter. Why is this especially important for the drunk people of U Street? Well, because they are open until 5 a.m. Monday through Sunday. There is also a Bloody Mary burger, though disappointingly without booze. [WCP]
