The Kimpton restaurant group has gotten its affairs in order with the announcement today that Brian McPherson is taking over as executive chef for their two properties out in Old Town Alexandria — Jackson 20 and the Grille at Morrison House. He replaces Dennis Marron, who moved over to Poste, another Kimpton property, back in September. Incidentally, McPherson's last position was as executive sous chef at Poste. Keeping it in the family.
