The Washingtonian reports some scarce details today about a forthcoming bakery from the folks behind Ripple. The new retail shop, located just south of the wine bar, aims to open by the second week of March with a bread program, "five or six" sandwiches and a mysterious specialty that owner Roger Marmet says he can't reveal as it is key to the as-yet-untrademarked name for the bakery itself.
