Happy Monday and welcome to the semifinals round of Eater's Hottest Chef competition. Over the last week and a half, we've pitted DC's finest chefs against one another in eight days of first-round heats. Now the winners of those heats will go head-to-head to make it to the absolute final round later this week. In today's matchup, Bibiana's Nick Stefanelli faces Spike Mendelsohn of Good Stuff Eatery/We The Pizza, Victor Albisu of BLT Steak and John Critchley of Urbana.

And we're officially calling Friday's round of voting for Jesse Miller of Café Saint-Ex — he'll be back up here tomorrow facing Billy McCormick of the Eatwell Group, Courtney Goldian of Founding Farmers and Eric Brannon of Ted's Bulletin. But first, vote for one of today's ridiculously sexy chefs!
