The new project from Jackie Greenbaum that has long been slated for Columbia Heights finally has a name: El Chucho's Cocina Superior. Todd Kliman reports that the restaurant aims to open in May, serving "inauthentic Mexican food." So things like Mexican kimchi and chile rellenos with pork belly. There will also be traditional things like carne asada and tacos, but with fillings like tripe and foie gras. [The Washingtonian]
