Considering that lawyers were involved pretty much from the day it opened, it shouldn't come as a huge surprise that Bethesda's Red Tomato Pizzeria has now changed its name. The pizzeria was hit with a cease-and-desist from the neighboring Red Tomato Cafe shortly after its opening and, according to Bethesda magazine, a judge agreed that the names were too similar. Now it shall be called Bel Piatto Pizza. [Bethesda]
