DOWNTOWN—Finally, here's another good bit of Mardi Gras intel: Central drops its Mardi Gras insert menu tomorrow featuring dishes like turtle soup, shrimp and crawfish etouffe, and gumbo. The menu will be available leading up to their Fat Tuesday party on the 21st featuring the sounds of the Dixieland jazz quartet Laissez Foure from 7–10 p.m. [EaterWire]
