The City Paper has a profile of some of the cafeterias in DC's offices and how they are changing with the influx of food trucks and places like Whole Foods. Not to mention the proliferation of fast-casual spots like Roti, Breadline and Freshii. Some say the office cafeteria may even be on its way out. As a Department of Homeland Security staffer says of the cafeteria there, "If you’re really in the mood for a hamburger, why would you come here, instead of Five Guys?” [WCP via -CDC-]
