Minibar Has Expanded Its Seatings to Include Sundays

Oh hey, you never know what you're going to catch when you follow José Andrés on Twitter. This morning he pronounced the good news that minibar — you know, one of the toughest reservations in the world — will now be open on Sundays. Making things maybe just a smidge less tough. A rep tells Eater that the first available Sunday seating will be on March 18 and they will open up the reservation line on Saturday, February 18. While Tues.-Sat. seatings are at 6 and 8:30 p.m., the Sunday seatings will be available at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Remember, reservations are telephone-only at 202-393-0812. Good luck.
