Free Ice Cream at IHOP; Bourbon Steak's Off-Menu Deal

GEORGETOWN—As of yesterday, Bourbon Steak has brought back its "Smoke 'n Stout" off-menu special that pairs a beer with a Red Apron half-smoke. The deal is $7 and is available in the bar and lounge areas only Sunday through Thursday until the end of this month. [EaterWire]
