Executive chef Michael Sindoni has officially parted ways with Againn this week, not just for another restaurant but for an entirely different city. He's headed to Dallas, where he will transform Charlie Palmer at the Joule into Charlie Palmer Steak. Againn owner Mark Weiss confirms Sindoni's departure and tells Eater that last night was the chef's very last in the kitchen though he's officially with the restaurant through February 8.
