In his Young & Hungry column today, Chris Shott takes a look at the proliferation of gluten-free pizza offerings here in DC. He writes that these really didn't exist when he lived here before, prior to 2006, forcing pilgrimages up to New York. But now they're all over the place! Indeed, even Pizzeria Paradiso is currently developing its own gluten-free crust, which might launch in mid-February. [WCP]
