We've got no shortage of former cheftestapants up in here, but today Dining Bisnow brings word that Top Chef season two contestant Emily Sprissler and her chef husband Jason Cote are opening up a new restaurant in Glover Park's old Town Hall space. The restaurant, named Mayfield & Pine, will apparently be a seafood-centric-British-pub type of place with dishes like lobster pot pie. The plan is to open in mid-to-late April. [DBN]
