CONSULTANCY WIRE—Speaking of consulting chefs from New York, today marks the debut of Jonathan Waxman's Eclectic Cuts menu at Rosa Mexicano's various locations. This menu involves things like veal tongue tacos, braised lamb neck enchiladas and more and will be available at all three DC-area locations. [EaterWire]

EXPANSION WIRE—The Washington Business Journal reports that glorious gas station/convenience store Wawa is planning to infiltrate the DC area with "several sites in the works." These are more likely going into Northern Virginia and Maryland as DC spaces might not be big enough, but still. It's Wawa, guys. And hoagies. [WBJ]
