In a series of Facebook posts this afternoon, Eat Wonky announced that it'll be retiring its truck and moving fully into the food truck consulting and event coordinating business. Meanwhile, they've sold to the truck to Bayou Bros, a Cajun food truck that appears to be launching soon serving mainly po' boys — including a breakfast variety and a fried alligator variety.
