WEST END—The Residences at the Ritz have a three-level penthouse on the market that is a classy place to call home. We have the pictures and floorplans over on Curbed.

BLOOMINGDALE—This was the nabe of choice for this week's Least Expensive properties focus. Click over for ten starter homes that will probably sell fast.

14TH & U—There's a luxury building going up at this corner called Louis and the marketing team has been putting together videos of an actor dressed as Louis the XIV to go around town and experience things like the Metro and Bikeshare.

NOMA—Archstone First+M is almost done and we have info about their new website and a few more renderings of their many amenities: rooftop pool, movie screen in the courtyard, chef's demo kitchen.

INTERWEBS—The real estate search site Redfin announced a new service which reviews people like lenders and others involved in buying a house similar to the way Yelp and Angie's List review restaurants and contractors. Right now the program is only in San Francisco and DC, so we should feel special.
