Restaurateur Ashok Bajaj has already tried marketing Rasika-brand sauces at Whole Foods, but now the Washingtonian reports on his new project: frozen dinners. Yes, it's a matter of time until you'll be able to purchase frozen versions of things like chicken makhani and dal based on Rasika recipes.
