FOGGY BOTTOM—The folks over at Burger, Tap & Shake have officially launched a weekday breakfast menu full of breakfast burgers/sandwiches and breakfast fries. There are five different options — including a "Plain Jane Egg & Cheese" and another with Canadian bacon, egg and maple fromage blanc — or you can add toppings. They're also serving coffee and juice.
