Busy busy restaurateur Spiro Gioldasis announced his plans today for his third restaurant in two years. The owner of Pacci's Neapolitan Pizzeria and Pacci's Trattoria will soon be launching a fast-casual gourmet burger place in Silver Spring by the name of The Stage Burger Lounge, located just near the Fillmore and the AFI Theatre. And even though plans were only finalized late last week, the team hopes to open within the next week — and begin serving alcohol in May. [EaterWire]
