The Washingtonian gleans some interesting details from Cava's Ted Xenohristos about his ever-expanding empire: Not only is the fast-casual Italian spot Sugo Macaroni & Pizza Bar gearing up to open in Park Potomac in mid-April, but the team is also scouting locations on 14th Street and in Maryland and Virginia for Cava Mezze.
