Oh brother. Remember that whole miserable debacle that went down at Shaw's Tavern wherein the operators held a party with booze before the restaurant had obtained a liquor license, forcing it to close and eventually turn the space over to new operators? Yeah, well the exact same thing has happened at the other restaurant owner Abbas Fathi was working on, Engine Company 12. Fathi has now withdrawn his liquor license application for that project.
