Looks like Michel Richard is working toward a little empire of Central restaurants, confirming today to Grub Street that he's actively looking for locations in New York: "Oh, yes! I'm going to see a location here in a few weeks. There are a few locations I want to look at, actually. The answer is yes! It will happen ... at the end of this year." This would be in addition to the Central 24/7 he recently opened at Caesars Palace in Vegas and rumors of a potential location in Atlantic City. [GSNY]
