The battle for the lead in yesterday's Hottest Chef poll was a race between Johnny Monis and Spike Mendelsohn, with the latter pulling out all the stops with his Twitter fanbase. In the end, Mendelsohn who squeaked by with the win thanks to a last-minute surge. He'll go on to face new opponents in the next round.
