red%20apron%20logo.jpgAnd in more Penn Quarter expansion news, the Washington Post reports that Red Apron Butchery also has plans to move into a space on at 709 D Street. Beyond the usual products that Red Apron sells at farmers markets and online, the brick-and-mortar shop "will also sell fresh cuts of beef, pork and lamb, each fabricated from whole animals at the NRG commissary."
