Here's the Trailer For Bryan Voltaggio's Public TV Special

Here's your opportunity once again to gaze upon Bryan Voltaggio's visage as tonight marks the premiere of Obsessed With Everything Food at 8 p.m. on Maryland Public Television. The special shows Voltaggio making blue crab rolls, visiting a local farm and even stopping in at Flying Dog, the Frederick microbrewery with which he collaborated on a beer back in May. As the Washington Post reports, the producer "hopes to take the show — with Bryan as host — around the country to celebrate other regional cuisines."

Watch the trailer, which shows Voltaggio preparing food using liquid nitrogen and sous vide techniques, eating traditional Maryland foodstuffs, pillaging a farm and drinking a beer while imagining himself sitting on his back deck "with a bunch of roasted beetsmeats smoking on the grill. ... That sounds like a party."
