Tom Sietsema upgrades Fiola from 2.5 to three stars in this week's full review, noting that Fabio Trabocchi's year-old restaurant has come a long way since since it opened: "My recent visits have convinced me that Fiola has matured into a smooth-running dining room offering affordable luxury and masterly attention to the fine points." But, Sietsema notes, "What made Fiola special from Day 1 remains in place" — including the rolls, pastas, desserts and Jeff Faile's cocktail list. [WaPo]
