Ted's Bulletin Officially Announces 14th Street Expansion

Get ready, Logan Circle, because Ted's Bulletin is officially headed your way. Reports have been trickling out for quite some time now that the Matchbox Food Group has been eying 14th Street for a second location of the Barracks Road restaurant, but now an actual lease has been signed for a 14th Street space between S and Swann. A rep for the group notes that this is the same building in which Mark Kuller's forthcoming Southeast Asian restaurant will be located.

This new location will be larger than the original, which means they'll have an expanded bakery, but otherwise it should be the familiar Ted's Bulletin: Art Deco design, homemade Pop-Tarts and diner food. Per a release, they aim to open by late 2012 — joining sister restaurant Matchbox, which previously announced its expansion to 14th Street this year.
