PENN QUARTER—The folks from FreshFarm Markets send word today that the Penn Quarter farmers market reopens for the season on Thursday at 3 p.m. They'll be accepting SNAP for the first time and new producers include Evensong Farm, Gordy's Pickle Jar, Soupergirl, and The Red Zebra.
