Lawyer Michael Holstein’s first foray in the hospitability industry boasts a large operation that includes an extensive cocktail program under beverage director Stephen Oshana (formerly from Elisir) and cuisine prepared by chef Rich Gunter (from Restaurant Eve, Charlie Palmer Steak, Chef Geoff’s Tysons) and sous-chef Evan Griffin (from Firefly).
