Who else is moving to Georgetown? Why, it's Chipotle's new concept ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen. Chipotle confirmed back in January that it was already working on a second ShopHouse location, once again to be based right here in DC. Well, this week Dining Bisnow reports that the old Furin's space in Georgetown will be ShopHouse's new home. It's scheduled to open later this year. [DBN]
