Coming Attractions

douglas-singer-150.jpgHere's something to look for in the coming weeks — months? — in the world of pop-ups: a not totally kosher Jewish deli from former Pete's Apizza co-owner Douglas Singer. The Washingtonian learns that the restaurateur has plans in the works for a place called Singer's Mostly Jewish Delicatessen that, yes, will have bacon on the menu. No hard plans made yet, but first it'll debut as a pop-up, then eventually he hopes to get a storefront in the Golden Triangle. [Washingtonian]
