farmers-fishers-150.jpgA year after it was shuttered by the Georgetown waterfront flooding, Farmers & Fishers will finally reopen this year — though as a retooled concept. The Washington Business Journal has the scoop that Farmers, Fishers & Bakers just finalized a lease and could begin construction soon on a restaurant that "will be built around a pantry holding fruits, vegetables, breads, cheeses and pickled items. A variety of house-baked goods, as well as sushi, will also be served." [WBJ]
