PENN QUARTER—Already a top pick for business lunchers, Fiola now offers a prix-fixe "power lunch" menu. The three-course menu will be available weekdays from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and will run you $34 per person. Diners will get choices for all three courses, with options rotating regularly.
