Be a Judge at Cochon Heritage BBQ This Labor Day

Scott Drewno of The Source captured the title of Prince of Porc once again on April 22, wowing all with his selection of dishes, including the succulent Korean BBQ Kochujan marinated pork, garnished with barbecue lettuce cups, crispy rice and cucumber kimchee (not to mention the piggie pie with fat back custard). He's now headed to the finale Grand Cochon in Aspen, Colorado.
