Be a Judge at Cochon Heritage BBQ This Labor Day

Cochon_DC.jpgWere you there last Sunday to snap some of the best shots from DC's pork fest, Cochon 555? Scott Drewno of The Source captured the title of Prince of Porc once again on April 22, wowing all with his selection of dishes, including the succulent Korean BBQ Kochujan marinated pork, garnished with barbecue lettuce cups, crispy rice and cucumber kimchee (not to mention the piggie pie with fat back custard). He's now headed to the finale Grand Cochon in Aspen, Colorado.

We want to see how you captured the night, whether you got close-ups of
Isabella's tenderloin vindaloo or Morton's muffaletta. Send us your photos from the evening to the “Beat the Winemaker" national photo contest. The grand prize is an all-expenses Official Judge's seat at Cochon Heritage BBQ in Memphis this Labor Day (3 days of bourbon, BBQ and music) and a reserve case of hand-selected wines. Let's see what you've got. >>
