The Sweetlife Festival, a gathering of food and music hosted by sweetgreen, is this Saturday, April 28th, at Merriweather Post Pavilion. The daylong festival features an all-star lineup of 18 artists, including Avicii, Kid Cudi, Fun. and The Shins, as well as 33 incredible food vendors, including The Big Cheese truck, Luke’s Lobsters, Shake Shack, Jose Andres’s Pepe Truck, Tadah! Foods (and so much more).
The festival is aiming to give back to the environment by using compostables, encouraging shuttling, composting, recycling and offsetting the carbon footprint. They also want to give back to the community and a portion of the proceeds benefit the DC Central Kitchen (DCCK). Tickets are $75 and can be purchased here. >>
